Safeco analysts monitor policy counts and other metrics in the area where a catastrophe is forecast or has already occurred. This information helps them make smart staffing decisions to have the greatest impact. Safeco and its catastrophe team will have the right people in the right places before and immediately after an event, including team members trained to offer expertise during large-scale events.
Customer connections to keep you informed
Whenever possible, Safeco offers a visible presence in areas affected by a catastrophe with a Mobile Customer Response vehicle. This vehicle is staffed by claims adjusters who will provide you with on-site claims assistance. Safeco will also connect with you online at Safeco.com and through social media channels to provide information and support.
